Overview

In this role, you own the CRM architecture and automation layer powering Amenitiz’s commercial engine. You will shape the HubSpot data model, governance, and scalable integrations to support Sales, Customer Success, and GTM across four markets. You design AI-powered workflows and lead-scoring systems to minimize manual work and maximize data accuracy. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you optimize end-to-end funnel efficiency and ensure the CRM remains the single source of truth. This is a hands-on, impact-first role that shapes how we win with data-driven automation.

Responsabilidades

- Own CRM architecture and governance in HubSpot, including lifecycle stages, custom objects, permissions, and validation rules
- Manage API integrations that connect HubSpot to the GTM stack and ensure reliable data flow
- Maintain data hygiene and accuracy across four markets
- Set and enforce data standards, naming conventions, and access controls
- Design and implement automation, including AI-powered workflows, to reduce manual work and improve funnel efficiency
- Build and maintain lead-scoring and routing logic for high-probability prospects
- Monitor, debug,



and optimize automations to maintain reliability at scale
- Evaluate and deploy new automation tools and integrations as needs evolve
- Optimize end-to-end GTM workflows and enable smooth handoffs between Sales and Customer Success
- Partner with Sales, CS, and Data teams to identify friction and design automated fixes
- Document CRM playbooks and drive adoption
- Create lightweight dashboards and reports on CRM data quality and automation performance

Requisitos principales

- 3+ years in CRM Administration, RevOps/Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops in SaaS/high-growth environments
- HubSpot expert with hands-on experience in workflows, custom objects, automations, and API integrations
- APIs literacy: ability to read docs and design integration flows
- Experience with automation platforms (HubSpot workflows, Zapier, Make, Workato) and basic scripting (Python or similar)
- SQL proficiency for reporting and troubleshooting data issues
- Understanding of subscription metrics (MRR, CAC, LTV, NRR) to inform automation and lead scoring
- Experience across geographies or segments with different maturity levels
- English fluency plus one of: French, Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese
