Experteer Overview In this role you will ensure proper operation of SILS facilities and that all SILS personnel follow guidelines. You will report on SILS activities to management and drive continuous improvements across safety, quality, and operations. You will support customer departments, manage documentation and KPIs, and oversee maintenance, LOTO, and governance tasks in a integral, fast-moving environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape governance topics and contribute to OPmobility’s mission of sustainable, safer mobility.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Ensure proper operation of SILS facilities and compliance with guidelines
- Communicate and report SILS operations to management; propose improvements
- Provide cross-functional support to customer departments
- Complete daily documentation and verify customer forecasts
- Approve process parameters, tests, and measurements; support quality, logistics,



and production
- Organize and participate in meetings with Management and Projects/Logistics teams
- Promote continuous improvement and manage Safety, Quality, Production, and HR documentation
- Coordinate shift changes and implement LOTO; supervise Line Leaders
- Oversee maintenance activities, record times in SAP, monitor KPIs (OEE/OLE) and downtime
- Track Top Safety actions and Near Miss reports; manage spare parts inventory
- Organize plant audits (Quality, 5S, LPA) and supervise housekeeping on the line
- Manufacture spare parts and ensure compliance with governance topics
- Engage with international environment and support and structure team deliveryResponsabilidades
