You’ll work on clearly scoped software engineering projects involving real-world codebases and development challenges. Projects may include debugging, feature development, refactoring, migrations, testing, and technical review. What We’re Looking For * 2–7 years of professional software engineering experience * Strong proficiency in Python * Professional experience with JavaScript or TypeScript * Working knowledge of at least one additional language such as Java, C#, or Go * Backend or full-stack experience with production systems * Experience with testing frameworks such as pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit, or Go testing * Ability to confidently navigate and debug large, multi-file codebases * Experience with code reviews, refactoring,
