Experteer Overview
In this role you will support day-to-day accounting activities and close processes while leveraging data analytics to improve reporting and decision-making. You will work within the Finance team in Spain, collaborating across departments to ensure accurate records and GAAP compliance. You will develop automated reporting and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, and AI tools to drive efficiency and insights. This position offers growth in both accounting and digital finance skills in a multinational environment.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Perform day-to-day accounting activities including journal entries and general ledger maintenance
• Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes
• Assist in preparing financial statements and schedules per local and US GAAP
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
• Support audit activities with documentation and responses
• Collaborate across Finance and other departments for reporting needs
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports for management
• Develop and maintain automated reports using Excel and Power Query
• Assist with Power BI dashboards and KPI reporting
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and improvements




• Explore AI tools to improve productivity, reporting quality and data analysis
• Contribute to process improvement and finance automation initiatives
• Handle large volumes of data ensuring accuracy and integrity

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years’ accounting/finance/financial analysis experience in a multinational environment
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Professional working proficiency in English and Spanish
• Proficiency in MS-Excel, Power BI, PowerQuery and databases (mandatory)
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools desirable
• Proficiency in Oracle accounting software preferred
• Interest in technology, data analytics and process improvement
