The role will include coordinating meetings, managing correspondence, maintaining records and assisting with a range of administrative and organisational tasks.The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues across the business and communicate with clients, suppliers and other stakeholders in a professional manner. Please MIND that this is a part-time job with 5h work day.Key Responsibilities- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team- Manage calendars, schedule meetings and coordinate appointments- Prepare documents, presentations, reports and correspondence- Maintain accurate electronic and paper records, files and databases- Handle incoming enquiries and direct requests to the appropriate colleagues- Arrange travel, meeting rooms and other logistical requirements as needed- Support invoice processing, purchase orders and other basic financial administration- Monitor office supplies and coordinate orders with suppliers- Assist with onboarding,
