Overview

As a People Enablement Partner, you’ll serve as the strategic HRBP for GTM functions (Sales, CX, Channel, Marketing) in a high-growth environment. You will embed with VPs and Directors to shape career paths, manage critical people issues, and translate people data into actions that drive revenue outcomes. You’ll collaborate across People teams to align hiring, retention, and development with business needs, while navigating multi-market expansion. This role offers influence over the GTM people agenda and a direct impact on commercial success.

Responsabilidades

- Embed with VPs and Directors across Sales, CX, Channel, and Marketing to advise on people initiatives
- Design career paths for commercial roles (e.g., SDR to AE to TL, CSM tracks, partner roles)
- Handle ER issues with business context (PIPs, conflict, attrition risk)
- Diagnose and improve engagement in a high-attrition function
- Track key people metrics (attrition by team, ramp time, engagement) and tie to business outcomes




- Manage people implications of multi-market expansion (Spain, DACH, Portugal, Italy, France)
- Work cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Engagement, and Talent Development to deliver end-to-end people programs

Requisitos principales

- 7+ years as an HRBP with GTM, Sales, or CX experience in a company with 500+ employees or significant commercial complexity
- Deep understanding of commercial team dynamics (quotas, commissions, ramp-up, sales pressure)
- Data-fluent and able to translate people data into actionable insights for Sales leadership
- Credible with commercial leaders; ability to speak revenue language and build trust
- Experience navigating multi-country environments in at least two European markets
- Fluent in English; Spanish is a strong plus
