Experteer Overview In this role you design, deploy, and run Nexthink’s AWS-based infrastructure that underpins the platform, enabling cross-team autonomy and scale. You’ll balance operations, automation, and new design to keep the estate reliable, secure, and cost-efficient while supporting multi-region, cell-based workloads. You’ll work closely with product teams to provide self-service capabilities and push the platform from good to great. This is a hands-on, architecture-enabling role at the core of our cloud foundation.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Design, deploy and run end-to-end AWS infrastructure including edge, networking, multi-account cell architecture, and the EKS platform
- Balance operational work, automation requests, and greenfield design based on platform needs
- Automate infrastructure with infrastructure-as-code and GitOps to provision, upgrade, and maintain consistency
- Collaborate with product and feature teams to deliver self-service capabilities, enabling autonomy
- Maintain platform reliability, security, optimization, observability, and compliance (FedRAMP,



FIPS); participate in on-call rotation
- Contribute to architecture evolution by designing new capabilities to scale, increase resilience, and support new workloadsResponsabilidades
- 5+ years in Platform, DevOps, Software, or Site Reliability Engineering
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong hands-on AWS experience across networking, edge, and compute (VPC, CloudFront, API Gateway, EKS)
- Solid Kubernetes (preferably Amazon EKS) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform or OpenTofu) with a GitOps mindset
- Ability to juggle operational work, automation requests, and new design while prioritizing effectively
- Production mindset with a focus on uptime, security, and efficiency; English communication skillsRequisitos principales
