Overview

As Senior Software QA Analyst you own the quality strategy for Redtrust, Keyfactor's certificate-management platform. You lead test strategy, drive automation-first regression, and coordinate Product, Development, and QA to bake quality in from the start. You set testing scope across unit, API, and UI layers and champion shift-left with cross-functional stakeholders. This role offers impact on modernization of testing practices and measurable quality leadership. You will collaborate with automation engineers to grow coverage where it matters most.

Responsabilidades

- Design and own a risk-based, end-to-end test strategy for functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing
- Lead transition from manual regression to automation-first, prioritizing automation backlog with engineers
- Create and maintain test plans/cases for major features with appropriate risk coverage
- Identify, document, and track defects; collaborate with Development to resolve them
- Participate in product design reviews to surface quality and testability risks early
- Coordinate testing requirements across Product, Development,



and QA and determine testing layers
- Partner with Development to define and expand unit-test coverage and align dev/QA boundaries
- Maintain test documentation, quality metrics, and leadership-facing reporting
- Drive QA process improvements and safeguard against regression scope expansion
- Mentor junior QA engineers and share best practices

Requisitos principales

- 5+ years of experience in QA engineering or QA analysis
- Proven ability to design and rationalize risk-based test strategies
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and influence
- Solid test-automation literacy and ability to prioritize testing layers
- Experience with test-management tooling and defect-tracking/traceability
- Experience with manual testing and defect tracking with a focus on automation
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead complex initiatives and influence cross-functional decisions
- Knowledge of industry trends, quality methodologies, and cross-functional processes
