Experteer Overview
Impact-driven role implementing Embat software for new clients. You will tailor Treasury Management, cash forecasting, accounting and payments configurations to client needs, coordinating with CFOs and internal teams. You’ll lead setup projects, train users, and ensure smooth go-live through close collaboration with product and support. This is a hands-on, client-facing role in a fast-growing fintech that values ownership and real-world impact. You’ll help scale our AI-native treasury platform for global finance teams.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Consult with CFOs to determine optimal configurations for client needs
• Configure software via UI and backend scripts to meet project scope
• Track progress and manage implementation timelines across teams
• Maintain ongoing communication with client and internal stakeholders throughout the project
• Serve as internal product knowledge resource for training, testing, and troubleshooting
• Provide exceptional client service by phone, email, web, and in person
• Lead client-facing implementation kick-offs, requirements sessions,



and configuration reviews
• Collaborate with Product team by giving user feedback, testing, and acting as internal product consultant

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• +6 years of experience in finance and software implementation projects (preferably with TMS or ERP)
• Financial (Accounting and treasury management) experience
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, negotiation, and diplomacy skills
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple high-priority projects
• Learner mindset and drive to continuously upskill
• Spanish and English fluency
• Madrid-based with hybrid work arrangement
