Experteer Overview As a PEGA Architect/Lead Developer, you will guide client projects to design and implement PEGA-based solutions that streamline business processes. You will lead a small to mid-size PEGA team, collaborate with onsite stakeholders, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery across design, development, QA, deployment, and support. You will refine architecture, unit tests, and technical assets while driving best practices and cross-functional collaboration. This role offers the opportunity to shape automation initiatives within EY’s integral delivery network and work with diverse teams on complex Pega programs.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Lead a Pega development team and coordinate task progress with managers
- Deliver on-time, high-quality tasks across design, development, QA, deployment, and support
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies and provide project status updates
- Build and maintain technical assets and accelerators

- 6+ years of Pega application development experience
- 3–4 end-to-end Pega project implementations completed
- Hands-on experience in Case Management, Pega Integrations, RBAC/ABAC security, Reporting
- Experience in Process Flows, Decision u0026 Declarative Rules, Data Pages, File/Email Listeners, Job Schedulers/Queue Processors
- Good knowledge of UI/UX and Portals development rules
- Strong REST and SOAP API experience
- Understanding of Pega performance tuning and best practices
- Relational database experience; PL/SQL familiarity
- Experience leading small/medium Pega developer teams
- Pega Frameworks such as CDH, CLM, CRM, SD is a plus
- Pega CSSA/CLSA 7.X/8.X certified is a plus
- Exposure to Pega Deployment Manager is a plus
- B.Sc, M.Sc, B.E/B.Tech (Electronics, Eu0026TC, CS)/MCA or equivalentRequisitos principales
