Job Description A vacancy for a Buyer has arisen within Airbus Operations in Getafe (Madrid) In close collaboration with the Lead Buyer, the candidate will be responsible for the WP commercial management. Main responsibilities are: The jobholder is accountable for contract management for the products and/or suppliers under his/her responsibility. The jobholder is accountable for providing the best purchasing conditions for Airbus for the products and/or suppliers under his/her responsibility. The jobholder is accountable for delivering the Value Creation projects within his/her scope of activity. The jobholder is accountable to deliver the Procurement Plan within his/her scope of responsibilities. Responsibilities Conduct the Buyer activities and support the Multi functional Team by: * Monitor /manage Contract execution * Anticipate and mitigate contractual risks * Evaluate, prepare and send request for purchasing * Conduct, or contribute to, all projects impacting the contractual terms and conditions for the products and/or suppliers under his/her responsibility, eg:



Value Creation projects, Transfer of Work projects, claims or liabilities management. * Contribute to budget elaboration within her/his scope of activity. Skills & Experience Given the scope of the position you will be able to work seamlessly with all levels of the business in Airbus Commercial.
