• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to align on strategic priorities and roll out integral strategy to increase marketshare in pharma ecosystem

Responsabilidades
• 10+ years' international experience in (bio)pharmaceutical manufacturing execution and the automation market in engineering, business development or sales
• Knowledge of Digital Application Trends including Cloud Technologies and Digital Process Twins (asset)
• Entrepreneurship and consultative selling approach with industry insight
• Strong KPI-driven mindset with strategic initiative development
• Organized, target-oriented, and capable of working in intense environments
• Excellent presentation, communication, and teamwork skills; ability to guide international teams
• Strong networking ability within decision-making circles
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
