As Product Owner at LuxExperience, you shape the vision and roadmap for a digital ecommerce product to maximize business value. You act as the bridge between business stakeholders and developers, ensuring the backlog reflects priorities and delivers impact. You pursue customer-centric innovations and foster trust with partners to enhance the luxury shopping experience. You leverage data and AI insights to guide discovery and optimize product development. You join a global luxury group driving digital experiences across brands.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own and evolve the product vision and roadmap for a digital ecommerce product
• Manage the Product Backlog with stakeholders, QAs, and developers; run refinements, sprint plannings, and reviews
• Engage stakeholders to capture needs and ensure alignment with objectives
• Empower the development team to design feasible solutions and build domain knowledge
• Drive innovation by exploring new features and value for customers and internal teams




• Apply customer-centric thinking and a data-driven approach to prioritization and decisions

Responsabilidades
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Experience ordering and prioritizing backlogs and balancing short-term vs long-term impact
• Understanding of ecommerce metrics and data-driven decision making
• Strong communication skills for workshops, planning sessions, and senior management
• Knowledge of how AI can benefit discovery and product development lifecycle
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations
