Experteer Overview
In this role you drive strategic account planning and multispecialist engagement to grow Takeda’s neuroscience portfolio in Catalonia and Balearic Islands. You work with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven, AI-enabled engagement with health care professionals, shaping patient pathways and market expansion for Elvanse. You will operate in a dynamic, tech-enabled environment and partner with Medical, Marketing, and Market Access to ensure integrated execution.

• Implement account plans aligned with BU direction and use CRM insights to identify opportunities and monitor progress
• Build trusted partnerships with HCPs and decision-makers; deliver high-quality scientific discussions
• Lead omnichannel engagement using in-person and digital channels with AI-enabled personalization
• Utilize AI-supported analytics to understand territory performance and patient journey dynamics




• Automate routine reporting and planning tasks to focus on strategic follow-up and pathway optimization
• Collaborate with KAM Manager, Medical, Market Access, and Marketing for coordinated execution
• Stay updated on therapeutic advances and share insights to enhance team expertise

Responsabilidades
