As Senior Site Contracts Lead, you drive the end-to-end management of site-related agreements for assigned studies. You collaborate with country experts to negotiate site contracts, NDAs, CTAs, and amendments, ensuring regulatory alignment and timely study milestones. You shape templates and maintain compliance, while proactively mitigating contract and budget risks. You will represent Contracts during sponsor kick-offs and work closely with cross-functional teams to support medical innovation. • Manage all aspects of implementing NDAs, Clinical Trial Agreements, contract amendments, and related documents for assigned studies
• Oversee site contracts with country experts during investigator site negotiations
• Lead negotiation of site contract templates with Sponsors and liaise between Sponsors and country experts
• Develop and maintain CTA/NDA templates ensuring local legal compliance
• Support quality of Site Contracts and identify/mitigate contract and budget risks




• Represent Contracts Department at Sponsor Kick-Off meetings
• Monitor site contract study timelines, milestones, deliverables, and deadlines
• Review and advise on Regulatory and Clinical Operations SOPs, WGs and Ads related to NDAs, CTAs, and powers of attorney

Responsabilidades
• Undergraduate degree or international equivalent in legal studies or life sciences
• Law degree preferred
• 5+ years of Contract Lead experience in clinical research or related industry
• Experience overseeing site contracts negotiations teams on regional/general level
• Knowledge of contracts, NDAs, powers of attorney and related documents
• Knowledge of Privacy Laws and cross-border data transfer regulations
• Knowledge of ICH/GCP regulations and FDA/EU/ISO14155 guidance
