Overview

As Brand Manager for DACH, you will shape Factorial’s brand strategy, positioning and identity for Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You’ll collaborate with creative, content, product marketing and performance teams to build a long-term brand vision and ensure consistent execution. You’ll lead end-to-end campaigns and own brand guidelines across channels in German, with English as the internal working language. This senior role offers autonomy and a direct impact on how the DACH market perceives Factorial, contributing to growth and differentiation.

Responsabilidades

- Define the DACH brand strategy, positioning and tone with cultural and linguistic relevance
- Lead end-to-end brand campaigns from concept to execution
- Own and champion brand guidelines across the organization




- Manage visual and verbal identity in German across digital and offline touchpoints
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to align product and brand storytelling
- Measure brand health through awareness, perception, and consideration metrics and conduct market/competitor research

Requisitos principales

- German: expert/proficient and fluent English
- 4-5+ years in Brand Management, preferably in B2B or SaaS with DACH exposure
- Strategic and analytical mindset; translates insights into brand direction
- Proven experience leading campaigns from strategy to execution
- Strong grasp of visual identity and design principles; can brief creatives effectively
- Storytelling and presentation skills; able to persuade internally and externally
- Willingness to move fast and adapt rather than wait for defined processes
