Overview

In this role you will advance SAP HCM and ECP implementations for Nordic payroll processes in an international, innovative setting. You will work with cross-border clients and fellow consultants to transform HR and payroll operations using SAP solutions. You’ll be involved across the full project lifecycle and support go-lives, delivering measurable value. This is an opportunity to deepen expertise in Nordics payroll, grow within a global SAP practice, and contribute to complex HR transformations.

Responsabilidades

- Collaborate with international clients to optimize HR and payroll processes via SAP solutions
- Participate in the full project lifecycle: requirements gathering, configuration, testing,



implementation, and post-go-live support
- Work with experienced consultants to deliver SAP HCM and ECP projects for Nordics payroll
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure successful delivery

Requisitos principales

- Experience with Nordics Payroll (minimum 5 years)
- Knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll and/or SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Professional proficiency in English
- Nice to have: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Payroll Control Center (PCC)
- Nice to have: SAP Time Management
- Nice to have: SAP HCM or SuccessFactors certifications
