Experteer Overview
In this role you will serve as a technical lead for enterprise Autodesk customers in the Civil AECO space, ensuring reliable and secure use of Autodesk cloud and desktop applications at scale. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to drive adoption, manage high-impact issues, and guide customers through strategic improvements. You’ll partner with IT and design groups to optimize deployments and leverage data insights to meet customer objectives. This role offers the chance to influence how customers realize business outcomes through proactive technical governance.

• Establish relationships as the technical point of contact and coordinate with CSM and TAS to execute customer success plans
• Prioritize and escalate critical issues; monitor service level compliance
• Provide technical guidance to Enterprise customers using data analytics and health insights
• Apply problem-management mindset to identify and implement improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with customer IT/design teams to ensure successful installation, licensing, and performance of Autodesk cloud/desktop apps




• Deliver coaching sessions to drive adoption and align with the customer success plan
• Lead proactive customer engagement via regular case reviews and performance assessments
• Manage key events such as major upgrades
• Engage strategically to deliver insights and technical governance for customer objectives

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 years' experience with Autodesk Civil products (Civil3D and Infraworks) and cloud services (Construction Cloud/Forma) for large enterprise clients in a professional services role
• Strong analytical skills and experience troubleshooting in enterprise environments
• Expert knowledge of workflows and data exchange
• Experience delivering presentations
• Ability to manage multiple projects with priorities
• Strong communicator in Spanish and English; bilingual capability required
