Experteer Overview
As a DevOps Infrastructure Engineer at Roche, you will tackle technical business problems with guidance and contribute to scalable infrastructure projects. You’ll design and manage platforms end-to-end, building self-service tools and CI/CD pipelines to empower developers. You will monitor reliability against SLIs/SLOs, handle incidents with blameless postmortems, and contribute to regulatory-compliant, secure IT solutions. This role sits at the intersection of cloud, automation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, driving scalable, robust infrastructure that supports Roche’s mission to improve global healthcare. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Scope and manage full lifecycle of platforms and services from design to retirement
• Build and maintain self-service tools and APIs to abstract infrastructure complexity
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and self-healing features
• Monitor SLIs/SLOs/SLAs and manage incident response and disaster recovery
• Collaborate with developers, managed services suppliers,



and vendors to improve velocity and reliability
• Ensure solutions meet quality, regulatory, security, and cost requirements
• Contribute to ITSM processes and stay updated on emerging technologies
• Work with diverse, virtual teams across locations to achieve project goals

Responsabilidades
• Research and learn new tools quickly with a focus on Cloud and DevOps
• Teamwork and active participation in discussions and code reviews
• Basic understanding of AWS services (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM) and multi-account governance
• Hands-on experience with Terraform or CDK
• Familiarity with GitLab/GitHub, SDLC, and CI/CD practices
• Scripting skills (Python or Bash) and Pytest testing framework
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (SAFe)
• Openness to using AI assistants for learning, coding, and debugging
• Proactive troubleshooting and solution finding
• Experience with incident response and ITSM processes
