A leading medical device organisation is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth across Madrid and the surrounding region, focusing on hip and knee reconstruction implants.Responsibilities- Grow sales and market share within the assigned territory.- Develop relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, theatre teams, procurement and hospital stakeholders.- Support product evaluations, demonstrations and clinical activity.- Manage distributor relationships and identify new business opportunities.- Monitor market activity, competitors and tender opportunities.- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and company policies.Requirements- Minimum 2 years’ recent experience selling hip and knee implants.- Strong track record in orthopaedic medical device sales.- Experience working closely with surgeons and hospitals.- Commercially driven with excellent relationship-building skills.- Willingness to travel across the territory as required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
