We are currently recruiting a Finance Analyst to join our team and contribute to key projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment. We operate as one company, across all locations, with shared responsibility andclear accountability.Key Responsibilities- Support corporate financing initiatives, including financial analysis, funding requirements, and financing structures.- Support project finance transactions across the infrastructure portfolio, from financial analysis and structuring through execution.- Contribute to the analysis and implementation of structured financing solutions for infrastructure projects.- Support the execution of hedging and derivative strategies in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.- Prepare financial analysis, scenario models, and presentations for senior management and the Board of Directors.- Conduct market research and support the evaluation of financing alternatives and strategic financial opportunities.- Collaborate with Finance, Treasury, Investments, Legal,



and other teams across different geographies.Education & Certifications- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or similar.- Advanced degree (MBA, MSc) or investment/finance certifications highly desirable.Experience & Technical Skills- 2–5 years of experience in corporate finance, project finance, structured finance, investment banking, infrastructure finance, or a related field.- Experience with financial analysis, financial modeling, valuation, and risk analysis.- Knowledge of financing structures, debt instruments, and/or financial guarantees.- Analytical, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects.- Strong communicator and collaborator.- Organized, results-driven, and proactive.- High integrity and compliance mindset.Company CultureWe believein a culture of trust, shared goals, and accountability.
