Overview

In this role you drive the delivery of assigned projects within time, budget, and quality constraints, partnering with cross-functional teams to realize client objectives. You will oversee design, planning, risk management, and stakeholder communications, while ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction. You’ll work within Omega CRM’s Salesforce-focused ecosystem, contributing to large-scale CX initiatives. This position offers visibility, leadership opportunities, and meaningful impact on client outcomes and internal improvements.

Responsabilidades

- Support pre-sales tasks: solution design, estimation, planning, and assumptions
- Assign and supervise team tasks and resources
- Manage project progress to meet deadlines, scope, and budget
- Facilitate change requests with impact assessment
- Provide project progress visibility to client and CSM
- Lead follow-up meetings and steering committees




- Alert operations to deviations and establish risk plans
- Monitor project documentation and ensure quality
- Lead client demos and issue resolution
- Drive customer satisfaction and account relationships
- Evaluate project outcomes and identify learnings
- Send customer satisfaction surveys
- Identify up-sell/cross-sell opportunities
- Lead retrospectives and drive internal improvements
- Develop and coach the assigned team
- Participate in training and supervision of team

Requisitos principales

- +5 years of Project Management experience leading Salesforce projects
- +3 years of end-to-end CRM implementation experience
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud
- Proven experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM) and Jira
- Professional proficiency in English (Medium-High level)
