Experteer Overview
As a Technical Account Manager, you partner with enterprise AECO customers to optimize their Autodesk investments and achieve measurable outcomes. You’ll act as the technical lead in a cross-functional Customer Technical Success team, guiding proactive governance and adoption initiatives. You will address escalations, analyze data, and align technical insights with client goals. This role offers exposure to large-scale deployments and the opportunity to shape customer experience at global scale.

• Serve as technical point of contact for enterprise customers and collaborate with CSM and TAS on success plans
• Prioritize and escalate critical issues while monitoring service level compliance
• Provide technical recommendations for enterprise customers based on data analytics
• Identify improvement opportunities through problem management and process optimization
• Coordinate with customer IT/design teams to ensure smooth installation, licensing, and performance of Autodesk cloud and desktop apps
• Deliver coaching sessions to boost adoption and success plans




• Conduct proactive customer engagement via regular case reviews and performance assessments
• Manage event-related activities such as major upgrades
• Provide strategic insights and health governance of customer environments

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Architectural, Civil or Construction Engineering
• Minimum 5 years' experience with Autodesk AECO products (Revit) and cloud services (Construction Cloud/Forma) for large enterprise clients in professional services
• Strong analytical skills with enterprise troubleshooting experience
• Expert knowledge of workflows and data exchange
• Experience delivering presentations
• Ability to manage multiple projects with clear priorities
• Strong communication skills in French, Spanish and English
• Fluency in French, Spanish and English required; additional European languages a plus
