Regional Renewal Rep | Remote (Barcelona) | Contract until end of JanuaryWe're looking for a Regional Renewal Rep to join a global software company on a short-term contract, working remotely from Barcelona through the end of January 2027.What you'll do- Support customers through the full purchasing process, including order entry, subscriptions and renewals- Process orders, prepare correspondence and make sure customer requests are handled accurately and on time- Work with customers, partners and internal teams on pre-sales and post-sales queries- Build and maintain strong customer relationships- Log customer interactions and keep the status of open service requests up to dateWhat you'll bring- Experience in customer service, order processing,
