Experteer Overview You join Grifols to optimize supply planning for a global healthcare operation. You will work within cross-functional teams to ensure product availability, inventory optimization, and timely supply planning decisions. You’ll drive visibility into supply plans and financial reconciliation, while improving processes and collaborating across departments. - Execute the monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Supply Review process
- Update planning parameters in SAP (e.G., safety stocks, MOQs) ensuring regional and capacity alignment
- Run MRP across Affiliates SAP plants and SDD MRP Areas
- Prepare and share supply requirements with Industrial
- Highlight and escalate supply-constrained situations for demand allocation prioritisation and review
- Ensure timely supply planning activities with quality
- Provide full visibility to business on supply plans and related financial reconciliation
- Optimize inventory levels and ensure product availability for Affiliates and Distributors
- Monitor and implement action plans for critical supply planning KPIs (OTIF, MOH,
Scrap u0026 Supply requirements variability) and conduct root-cause analysis
- Support strategic decisions through information to resolve issues and close gaps
- Foster high levels of cross-department collaboration and data flow to support integrated planning
- Participate in and ensure supply for new product launches
- Manage product lifecycle scenarios and adjust planning processes/tools accordingly
- Drive process improvements in partnership with Grifols functions like finance, industrial, IT and Supply ChainResponsabilidades
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline or related experience
- Minimum of 3 years in Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, or Supply Planning
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with SAP SD/MM/PP is highly valued
- Proactive, continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to work under pressure, handle ambiguity, and make timely decisions
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and deliver solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong team collaboration and stakeholder management
- Pharmaceutical industry experience is desirable
