Overview

In this role, you will expand Factorial’s partner ecosystem across the UK&I;, focusing on payroll and accounting channels. You’ll recruit and manage partners, drive channel sales, and coordinate with internal teams to accelerate growth. You’ll help partners implement and upsell Factorial’s all-in-one business software while shaping the partner strategy for the UK&I; market. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role with frequent partner engagement and travel. You’ll contribute to scaling our ecosystem and regional market share in a fast-growing company.

Responsabilidades

- Identify and recruit new partners in HR, payroll, and accounting with a strong footprint in the ecosystem
- Develop and manage the full partner recruitment and sales cycle with accountants, payroll bureaus, and resellers
- Serve as the main contact for key accounting & payroll partners, VARs, and advisory consultancies




- Hold regular meetings and demos with partners and clients to communicate product capabilities and solutions
- Gather partner/client feedback to identify pain points and integration opportunities
- Upsell Factorial products/services to partners based on client needs
- Collaborate daily with SDRs, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, and senior leadership
- Travel to the UK&I; for industry events, meetups, and key partner visits

Requisitos principales

- 3–4 years of experience in Partnerships or Channel Sales, preferably SaaS or digital transformation
- Experience with UK&I; Payroll & Accounting vendors (Sage, Xero, BrightPay, IRIS)
- Understanding of accounting firm dynamics, payroll bureau operations, and vendor partner playbooks
- Experience working within the UK market
- Knowledge or experience in Human Resources / Software / Payroll & Accounting
- Strong communication skills and ability to build trust quickly
- English expert; other languages a plus
- Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate
