In this HR Generalist role, you support employees and line managers across the full HR lifecycle, from onboarding to payroll and benefits administration, while driving recruitment for junior hires. You act as a trusted adviser on HR matters, ensure policy compliance, and implement Sony’s initiatives to foster a positive, collaborative workplace. You will partner with HR, ER, and Compliance teams to resolve complex issues and support performance, development, and wellbeing. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role in a dynamic, multicultural environment at Sony Europe.

• Provide first-line HR support across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, changes, salary reviews, bonus processes)
• Manage employee and manager queries with timely, compliant responses
• Propose process improvements to the HR Service Centre and address obstacles within SLAs
• Document learnings from query resolutions
• Handle recruitment for Grade 3 and below, including postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
• Address employee concerns, manage grievances, collaborate with ER and Compliance on compliant solutions
• Administer compensation and benefits and support payroll data inputs
• Assist with performance evaluations, goal setting, and development plans




• Maintain Workday training portfolio and support professional development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies; maintain and archive employee records
• Maintain HRIS (Workday, HR Bot, HR SharePoint) and related documentation; provide management guidance on HR issues
• Support Health u0026 Safety policy adherence and related frameworks
• Provide guidance to managers on HR, employee relations, and legal compliance
• Collaborate with mobility team to support cross-country opportunities in a fast-paced environment

Responsabilidades
• HR Generalist/Administrator/Co-ordinator experience in a multicultural, matrix organization
• Fluent English and local country language; French advantageous
• Pro-active, able to navigate complex situations
• Comfort with large-scale, complex data
• Proven track record of delivering services and meeting deadlines
• Strong prioritization, multitasking, and attention to detail
• Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
