We are seeking to add a Systems Adminsitrator to our 24/7 Mission Operations team. This role will provide support to the warfighter by troubleshooting and solving issues related to UAS systems, software, and networks during off-shift hours. If you have a knack for providing technical support and troubleshooting systems, software, and networking issues, please apply.

THIS ROLE WILL BE REMOTE ON 2ND/3RD SHIFT AND MUST SIT IN HUNTSVILLE

Key Responsibilities:

-
- Monitor and maintain system performance to ensure data flow continuity
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on technology trends and best practices.
- Diagnose and resolve network issues, optimizing performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and maintain Linux servers, ensuring system integrity and uptime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in real-time.




- Monitor and manage video feed distribution, focusing on unicast and multicast protocols.
- Document troubleshooting processes and system configurations for future reference.

Qualifications:

-
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Must be willing to work 2nd or 3rd shift hours (Three 12s or four 10s schedules available)
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Familiarity with common operating systems (Linux, Windows) and software applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Training Requirements:

- Candidates must be available for 4 weeks of onsite training in Huntsville, AL, prior to transitioning to remote work. Additional onsite training may be required as necessary.
