About the Role

Act as the representative of Group IT within France and the representative of French business priorities within Group IT, ensuring alignment between business objectives, technology strategy and investment decisions.
The role serves as a trusted advisor and partner to France Country Leadership and Group IT stakeholders, providing visibility of business priorities, demand, project status, risks, dependencies and opportunities. It supports effective governance, prioritisation and decision-making across the French IT portfolio.
By capturing and translating country and business insights into actionable inputs, the role contributes to the continuous evolution of Group IT roadmaps, planning cycles and technology priorities. It helps ensure that Group IT capabilities, investments and initiatives deliver business value aligned with the general IT strategy and enterprise standards.
The role also promotes cross-country collaboration, knowledge sharing and reuse of Group IT capabilities, contributing to a consistent operating model and stronger collaboration across the organisation.




In addition, the position coordinates the delivery of workplace and end-user IT services in France, ensuring alignment between local business needs, global ITSM standards and external service providers. This is a strategic business-partner role and does not provide first-line technical or end-user support.
