Overview

As Solution Architect for AXA Partners CLP, you define and drive architecture for the Credit & Lifestyle Protection domain, delivering agile, simple, reliable, and cost-effective solutions that reduce technical debt. You’ll contribute to the CLP transformation program to modernize applications and increase business value, while onboarding new apps and advancing Agile/DevOps across integral teams. You collaborate with IT and business units to shape roadmaps, designs, and governance, enabling cloud-native, scalable, and resilient solutions with measurable impact.

Responsabilidades

- Align product roadmaps with business strategy and technology vision
- Provide architectural designs for cloud-native, scalable, and agile CLP applications
- Support architecture governance and compliance with standards
- Collaborate with IT community and CLP business units as a principal partner
- Produce high-level and detailed architectural diagrams and software designs
- Create technology roadmaps reflecting business knowledge and strategy
- Build proofs of concepts during the design process
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and IT solutions
- Stay current with tech trends and AXA roadmaps across teams
- Deliver quality solutions meeting functional and non-functional requirements




- Contribute across project lifecycle from definition to deployment
- Maintain customer-centric focus in all activities

Requisitos principales

- 8+ years of IT experience
- In-depth knowledge of IS/IT best practices and data technologies
- Experience with cloud platforms and services (AWS or Azure)
- Strong understanding of security principles and compliance
- Strategic thinking and big-picture planning
- Functional and technical expertise in systems design and analysis
- Solid knowledge of agile and DevOps practices
- Expertise in integration patterns, events-based design, CDC, and microservices
- Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and Prometheus
- Architectural design and implementation of multiple applications/products
- REST APIs, system/data modeling
- Java or .NET programming (oversight of development to standards)
- CI/CD and DevOps methodologies
- Data centre migration or consolidation experience
- Strong writing and presentation skills
- Effective communication across all staff levels
- Adaptability and disciplined execution
- Fluent English; Spanish or French a plus
