Experteer Overview In this role you own the performance of our rider operations across 20+ markets, driving targets and recovery plans with clear accountability. You partner with Country Heads of Operations, Finance and General Managers to challenge budgets and translate analyses into decisive actions. You oversee the full rider KPIs, balance cost with service quality, and steer the Controlling system for trustworthy performance management. You lead planning cycles and ROI-focused decisions, shaping how we invest in growth and efficiency. - Maintain a 360 view of rider KPIs including cost per order, utilization, delivery times, and rider experience
- Identify high-value risks and opportunities; guide analytical focus and deep dives with ROI in mind
- Own deviations end to end: root cause, accountable owner, recovery plan, and closure

- Raise and standardize Controlling system practices, definitions, cadence, and tooling usage
- Act as the business challenger to the analytics team, understanding models and improving where needed

- 4-7+ years in Business Performance, Controlling, Strategy u0026 Operations, FPu0026A, Consulting, Marketplace or Operations with budget or market portfolio accountability
- Ownership mentality; comfortable operating without direct reports
- Proven track record influencing senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical problem solving; ability to decompose problems and perform the math
- Comfort with ambiguity and focus on material signals
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets; fluent English
