Experteer Overview
In this role you will design, develop, test and maintain software solutions within Allianz Technology. You’ll translate requirements into robust technical designs and contribute across the development lifecycle in agile teams. You’ll ensure performance, security and usability while aiming for maintainable, scalable systems. This position offers the chance to shape IT solutions for digital insurance services and collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to drive impactful delivery.

• Assess functional and technical requirements and translate into software design
• Design, test, debug, document and implement software components (third-party or OS-related)
• Meet non-functional requirements (performance, data protection, IT security, usability)
• Ensure future maintainability and consider technical/functional environment in development
• Develop software in agile teams and apply engineering methods





Responsabilidades
• Frontend: HTML, CSS, TypeScript, Angular
• Backend: Java, Spring Boot or similar
• Cloud/DevOps: AWS, Kubernetes, Helm, Jenkins
• Version control: Git; data formats: XML, JSON; protocols: SOAP, REST
• Databases: PostgreSQL; messaging: Kafka/EBS; state management: Redux
• Tools: IntelliJ, DBVisualizer, ReadyAPI; Jira, Confluence (nice to have)
• English fluency (German a plus); ML knowledge is an advantage
• Insurance knowledge (BiPRO) is a plus
• Willingness to engage with technical topics
