ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused person to join the team at our Eat Sleep Cycle Hub in Málaga.
Our Hub brings together cycling, bike hire, retail and specialty coffee. As a Front of House team member, you’ll be one of the first people our customers meet and will play an important role in creating a welcoming, professional and memorable Eat Sleep Cycle experience.
Previous barista experience, ideally within specialty coffee, is essential for this role. You should be confident preparing consistently high-quality espresso-based drinks and understand the standards and attention to detail expected in a specialty coffee environment.
You will also take ownership of the day-to-day operation of the café area, including monitoring stock, placing orders for coffee, milk, drinks and other café supplies, and coordinating with our café suppliers to make sure the bar is always properly stocked and ready for service.
You don’t need to be a cycling expert from day one, but an interest in cycling and a willingness to learn about our bikes, products and local riding is important.
