About the role

We are looking for a Junior R&D; Experimental Engineer/Scientist to work directly on the experimental development, characterization and optimization of our diagnostic platform.

This is a highly hands-on position for someone who is proactive, curious and eager to learn. You do not need to be an expert in all the technologies involved. What matters most is your ability to understand how complex experimental systems work, learn quickly and actively contribute to solving technical problems.

As we continue to advance and expand our platform,



our R&D; team designs experiments to characterize system performance across different biological entities and experimental conditions, explore new applications, investigate technical questions, and generate the evidence needed to guide engineering decisions.

What you will do

You will support the R&D; team in the experimental development and continuous improvement of our technology. Your work will include:

• Preparing, assembling and operating experimental setups.
• Running experiments involving optical, mechanical and fluidic systems.
• Supporting calibration, verification and optimization of prototypes.
• Following experimental protocols and helping improve them as the technology evolves.
• Recording experimental conditions and results in a structured and reproducible way.
• Analyzing experimental data and identifying trends, inconsistencies or unexpected behaviors.
• Troubleshooting experiments and investigating unexpected system behavior.
