Key Responsibilities
1. Account Management
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts across Spain.
• Build strong and long-term relationships with key decision-makers, buyers, packaging developers, procurement teams, and senior management.
• Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews.
• Understand customer strategies, market trends, and future requirements.
• Develop account plans and growth strategies for key customers.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively resolve issues.
• Ensure retention and expansion of existing business.

2. New Business Development
• Identify and acquire new customers throughout Spain.
• Generate a healthy pipeline of opportunities within:
• Cosmetics & Fragrance.
• Develop and execute territory growth plans.
• Conduct cold calling, networking, lead generation, and industry prospecting activities.
• Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events.
• Maintain regular market intelligence on competitors, customers, industry trends, and emerging opportunities.

New Product Development (NPD) Opportunities
• Generate new product development inquiries from existing and prospective customers.
• Understand customer packaging requirements and communicate technical requirements clearly to the PGP India development teams.
• Coordinate customer briefings, concept discussions, design reviews, feasibility assessments, and project milestones.
• Ensure timely communication on project status and development timelines.

4. Sales & Revenue Responsibility
• Achieve annual sales revenue targets and profitability objectives for Spain.
• Develop accurate sales forecasts and business plans.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, and business terms within company guidelines.
• Identify opportunities to increase product mix and customer share of wallet.
• Ensure achievement of sales KPIs and growth objectives.

5. Collection & Credit Management
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding
