• Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell services
• Create, maintain, and update a customer database with complete information
• Consolidate and build the customer base
• Record outbound call history and customer responses in detail
• Ensure consistent customer follow-up
• Monitor competitors' products or services and develop selling strategies
• Handle customer needs and inquiries

Requirements

• Language Skills: C2 level of Arabic. Good level of English (oral and written)
• Experience: 16 Months previous sales experience is desirable. Ability to work independently
• Comfortable working independently and managing responsibilities with occasional guidance
• CRM Experience: solid CRM experience,



able to navigate CRM platforms, analyze customer data, and support sales strategies
• Communication Skills: proficient communication skills, comfortable sharing information, facilitating discussions, and collaborating with team members
