Overview

In this role you will design, build and scale end-to-end GenAI solutions for real-world AI products. You’ll develop AI agents and retrieval-augmented pipelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready systems. You will create PoCs and help transition them to scalable offerings, staying current with GenAI trends and agentic frameworks. This position emphasizes hands-on delivery and impact, with a focus on building practical AI capabilities at scale. Requisitos principales

3+ years of experience in Applied AI / Machine Learning (industry) Strong Software Engineering background (Python preferred) Hands-on experience building GenAI applications, RAG pipelines, and agent-based systems Experience with LangChain / LangGraph or Google ADK (or similar) Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) Strong communication skills and a builder mindset Nice to have: Vertex AI, Gemini, LangSmith, Docker / Kubernetes, CI/CD and MLOps practices strong communication builder mindset cross-functional collaboration GenAI applications RAG pipelines Agent-based systems
