Job Summary
The Culture, Communications & Engagement Executive will support the day-to-day delivery of the Culture, Communications & Engagement strategy, ensuring the successful planning, coordination, and administration of initiatives that enhance employee engagement, recognition, wellbeing, and community participation. The role requires a highly organised and proactive individual who can manage multiple priorities, build strong working relationships across the business,



and help deliver activities that foster a positive and inclusive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Support the implementation and ongoing delivery of the Culture, Communications & Engagement strategy.
• Coordinate and administer Culture Guide activities, including scheduling regular meetings and maintaining the activity calendar.
• Support internal engagement initiatives that bring colleagues together both virtually and in person.
• Manage the promotion and administration of online employee engagement sessions and social activities.
• Provide administrative and communication support for employee engagement surveys.
• Assist with the employee recognition programme, including award cycles, nominations, and recognition initiatives.
• Support the administration of employee communities and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).
• Coordinate regular meetings with community leads and support community outreach and colleague recruitment activities.
