Key Responsibilities
• Engage with regional clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored service solutions
• Manage a high volume of accounts, focusing on delivering exceptional service and sales support
• Drive revenue growth by effectively selling and convincing clients, using strong sales techniques
• Work with performance targets and KPIs to consistently meet or exceed objectives
• Quickly adapt to changing customer needs and business priorities
• Cultivate relationships with clients,
ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term loyalty
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing timely resolutions
Requirements
• C2 level of French and C1 level of English (both written and spoken)
• 18 months of proven sales experience, with the ability to win people over and convince clients rapidly
• Skilled at creating digital marketing strategies for all customers sizes
• Education: A BA/BS degree is preferred, or equivalent practical experience demonstrating transferable skills
• Sales and Target Achievement: Proven success in sales, with a strong ability to rapidly influence and convince clients. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and possess the resilience to achieve high-volume sales results
