Overview

In this role you partner with C-level executives of mid-size enterprise clients to protect and grow their Gartner engagement. You will blend renewal focus with new revenue generation, drawing on internal experts to address top priorities. You’ll manage enterprise-wide strategies, drive satisfaction and retention, and own forecasting and account planning. This is a collaborative, growth-focused position with clear pathways for progression within a high-impact sales team.

Collaborate with C-level executives to develop and implement enterprise-wide strategies Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth through cross-functional collaboration Own forecasting and account planning on monthly, quarterly,



and annual cycles Identify opportunities for contract expansion and new services to increase value for clients Partner with internal subject matter experts to address clients’ critical priorities

Requisitos principales

1–3 years of B2B sales experience in complex, intangible environments Some business development or hunting experience is highly desired Experience selling to and/or influencing C-level executives is highly desired Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Proven ability to manage and forecast a complex sales process Bachelors degree desired strong communication with C-level stakeholders relationship-building and collaboration results-oriented mindset ability to navigate complex client scenarios with persistence
