Then come and join our global team as General HR Process & Case Management Expert to support effective design, governance, optimization, and continuous improvement of HR processes and case management practices across the organization.

This role will be responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR processes and case management standards. You will help to ensure that HR operations are efficient, consistent, scalable, and aligned with global HR service delivery standards and company’s strategic goals. The role will work closely with regional HR Operations stakeholders,



IT teams, and other functions to improve process quality, case handling efficiency, and user experience.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Process Governance: Contribute to the development and application of HR process governance frameworks to help ensure consistent execution, transparency, and clear accountability across regions
• Process and Case Management: Contribute to the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of standardized HR processes, procedures, and case management practices across regions. Support the definition and harmonization of case management standards, including documentation quality, and operational guidance.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and support improvement opportunities in HR processes and case handling by using operational feedback, data insights, best practices, and system capabilities.
