About the opportunity
We're looking for an IT OPS Project Manager with solid experience in cloud infrastructure management to lead strategic digital transformation projects. You'll report to the Head of IT OPS Projects and be responsible for end-to-end delivery of infrastructure solutions, ensuring quality, budget, and timelines.
What you'll do
• Operationally lead IT infrastructure projects, from design through deployment
• Manage multidisciplinary teams, motivating and coordinating internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure the integration of solutions within the company's application and infrastructure ecosystem
• Oversee testing, knowledge transfer, and user training
• Maintain compliance with IT methodologies, processes, and standards
• Propose optimizations in quality, cost, and timelines
What we're looking for
✓ 5+ years in technical, PM, or consulting roles
✓ Strong knowledge of IT infrastructures, systems, and networks
✓ Experience with PM methodologies: PMI, Prince2, Scrum, Afitep
✓ Ability to lead, motivate, and manage conflict
✓ High English (mandatory), French fluency valued
✓ Organized, rigorous, quality-oriented, and deadline-driven
✓ Qualification: Master's, Engineering degree, or equivalent in Systems/IT
