Purpose of the Role

We are looking for a Finance Operations Manager to lead Finance Operations across Europe, ensuring efficient service delivery, process excellence, and compliance across General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
This role provides direct leadership to Finance Operations Team Leads and drives continuous improvement, process standardization, automation initiatives, and the integration of newly acquired businesses.



The position plays a key role in supporting business performance through reliable and effective financial operations.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the GL, AP and AR team leads to drive performance excellence, employee engagement and continuous improvement.

• Define priorities, objectives, performance metrics and KPIs for the Finance Operations team and monitor progress against agreed service delivery targets.

• Oversee the execution of Europe Finance Operations activities, including GL, AP and AR, ensuring timely, accurate and compliant delivery of services.

• Manage complex operational matters, escalations and cross-functional issues, ensuring practical resolution and appropriate stakeholder alignment.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, procedures and regulatory requirements across Finance Operations processes.
