Your role will be:
• Support the Planning and Supply team in their daily activities and contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes.
• Design and generate ad hoc reports to support decision-making and help migrate existing Excel reports to Power BI.
• Support the implementation and development of Power BI reports for the team.
• Map existing processes and support their standardization and improvement.
• Create, update and maintain manuals to consolidate know-how and standardize daily processes.
• Review existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Support the automation of repetitive tasks using Power Automate and Python, contributing to the development of an automation culture.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions, contributing ideas and supporting new initiatives.
What you need for the role:
• Currently enrolled in a university degree or master's programme, preferably in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
• An interest in planning, supply chain, process improvement and data analysis.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Interest in developing knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate and Python.
• A proactive attitude, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and contribute ideas.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
