To support our continued growth, we are looking for an outgoing, confident and commercially minded person to join our team as a Customer Growth & Sales Call Intern (Part Time).

We are looking for someone who enjoys talking to people, is comfortable picking up the phone and knows how to create opportunities through conversation. The adecuado candidate has previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, telesales, lead generation or phone-based sales, and is motivated by achieving commercial goals.

As part of the Skinvity Team, your main mission will be to proactively contact customers and potential customers by phone, understand their needs, create interest in our products and identify opportunities to generate sales and strengthen customer relationships.

As a Customer Growth & Sales Call Intern, you will be responsible for:

• Making outbound calls to customers and potential customers, including cold calls,



to generate interest and commercial opportunities.
• Calling leads and customers to understand their needs, motivations, concerns and purchase intentions.
• Presenting and selling our products over the phone, adapting your communication to each customer.
• Following up with leads and customers by phone to move opportunities forward and increase conversion.
• Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities and turning conversations into sales when relevant.
• Overcoming objections and handling questions in a positive, customer-focused way.
• Using active listening and persuasive communication to identify pain points and present relevant solutions.
• Maintaining accurate records of calls, customer interactions and opportunities.
• Sharing customer feedback, objections and insights with the team to help improve our sales and customer experience strategies.
• Contributing ideas to improve our outbound call
