Benibeca is a premium resortwear and lifestyle brand rooted in Ibiza and the Mediterranean. Our world is shaped by texture, exclusive prints, craftsmanship and a considered approach to living.
We’re looking for someone who can translate that world into a compelling digital experience—and turn a clear strategy into meaningful commercial results.
Working directly with our Founder and Creative Director, Anjara García, you’ll take ownership of email marketing, social media, Shopify and customer experience, connecting them through one thoughtful plan.

What you’ll own
• Strategy and planning: Build an integrated marketing calendar around collections, launches, storytelling and commercial priorities. Identify opportunities, set priorities and keep projects moving.
• Email marketing and CRM: Lead Klaviyo campaigns from concept and copy to segmentation, testing and delivery. Develop and optimise automated flows to strengthen retention, loyalty and sales across B2C and B2B audiences.




• Social media and community: Own the Instagram and LinkedIn strategy, editorial calendar, publishing and community engagement. Work with our creative collaborators to bring the brand to life through distinctive content.
• Shopify and e-commerce: Manage everyday content and merchandising, including product pages, collection ordering, imagery and launch updates. Use sales insights to improve product visibility and the shopping journey, coordinating larger updates with specialist partners.
• Customer service and experience: Handle customer enquiries with care, coordinate order and return issues with operations, and maintain Gorgias, FAQs and automated responses. Turn customer feedback into improvements across our digital channels.
• Brand development: Help grow Benibeca Club, creator relationships and our emerging affiliate programme, introducing new initiatives through a realistic, phased plan.
