Key Responsibilities
• Act as the primary point of contact for French-speaking clients, delivering exceptional service in the Customer Support Services sector.
• Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with precision and empathy.




• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions within our CRM to ensure high-quality service standards.
• Collaborate with international team members to troubleshoot complex issues and identify process improvements.
• Stay updated on company product knowledge to provide accurate and efficient support to all French-speaking users.

• Contribute to a positive, collaborative environment at our on-site facility in Sofia.

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Bulgaria.
