Design at Preply
At Preply, we’re building a human-led, AI-enabled learning experience that helps people make real progress. Design is central to that: turning deep user understanding into bold,

beautiful, and seamless experiences that feel intuitive, motivating, and human.

As a Staff Product Designer, you’ll take on some of our most complex and ambitious product challenges. You’ll work closely with Product and Engineering to shape and evolve product vision and strategy, challenge the direction when there’s a better path, and turn that thinking into exceptional experiences that ship.

This is a highly independent, hands-on IC role. Depending on the challenge, you may go deep within a product area or work across high-priority initiatives. Beyond your immediate work, you’ll coach other designers, influence best practices, and help evolve the standards and ways of working that make Design at Preply stronger.
