coatingAI is looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to join our growing team and help build the software powering the next generation of intelligent industrial coating systems.
We are a technology startup combining AI, software, 3D measurement, and industrial automation to make powder-coating processes smarter, more efficient, and more sustainable.
You’ll work across products such as CoPilot, Blueprint, FlightPath, and customer-specific industrial applications, building technology that moves from code to real factories.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys ownership, solving complex problems, and working in a fast-moving environment where your decisions have a direct impact on the product and the company.
What we’re looking for• Engineering degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.

• 2–5 years of professional software engineering experience.
•

• Strong experience with Python and Django.
•

• Professional experience with Vue, React,



or another modern frontend framework.
•

• Solid knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
•

• Experience designing and building REST APIs and relational database schemas.
•

• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Docker, Git, and automated testing.
•

• Professional proficiency in English is required, both written and spoken.
•

• Ability to take ownership of a feature and move it from an idea to a reliable production solution.
•

• Strong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach to debugging complex systems.
•

• Comfortable working in a startup environment where priorities can evolve and engineers are expected to take initiative.
•

• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
