Responsibilities:
• Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell services
• Create, maintain, and update a customer database with complete information
• Consolidate and build the customer base
• Record outbound call history and customer responses in detail
• Ensure consistent customer follow-up
• Monitor competitors' products or services and develop selling strategies
• Handle customer needs and inquiries

Requirements

• Language Skills: C2 level of Greek. Good level of English (oral and written)
• Experience: 14 months sales experience and customer interaction. Ability to learn and adapt quickly
• Able to perform tasks independently with some supervision
• CRM Skills: proficient CRM experience,



comfortable with using CRM software to track customer interactions and assist in sales processes
• Communication Skills: solid communication skills, able to convey messages clearly, participate in meaningful conversations, and contribute to team efforts
• Business Acumen: solid business acumen, able to understand business principles and contribute to operational improvements
